Nepalese Indigenous Nationalities Forum Australia (NINFA) has submitted a petition to the president of Constituent Assembly Subash Nembang as a request to inform all the Constituent Assembly (CA) Members and Ministers to not visit Australia for whatever reasons until the writing of new and acceptable constitution is completed.
It is also said in the petition that the purpose of doing so is to put the pressure on CA Members to write constitution within the second time extended period and not to waste very limited time by visiting overseas.
In addition, to this NINFA has also decided to protest them by waving black flags and displaying some placards if any CA Members/Ministers neglect this request and visit to Australia.
It is because CA Members have failed to write a constitution in three years even after extending one year on the top of originally agreed to complete in two years period. This is due to their flippant, unfocussed and irresponsible attitude toward the main task for which they were elected by the people.
