Dear Boaden,
We are writing this letter of complaint regarding BBC Nepali service. It’s our responsibility to let you know that few Ghurkha Nepalese communities have reached and passed a consensus of regret on the role of BBC Nepali service on the committee meeting.
The BBC Nepali radio service does not follow media ethics and is not fair. Broadcasts are heavily influenced by political parties/ issues and have divided the Nepalese community in Nepaland in the UK. Nepalis on the process of writing a new constitution and restructuring provinces of Nepalbut the coverage by BBC Nepali service is one-sided and is even against federalism.
On 15th December 2014, BBC Nepali service humiliated British ambassador of Nepal, Mr. Andrew James sparks by exaggerating and giving false information. Despite knowing Mr.Sparkes was in the Ukwhen Nepalforeign secretary office invited him to discuss the article published on 10th December, BBC Nepali news said that he avoided the interview. The article published was regarding secularism in Nepal. (For evidence watch the link provided below) it is uncomfortable to tell you that – all BBC Nepali service team are Hindu and they always broadcast Hindu related news and materials.
They have never in their history broadcasted any news regarding Christian or any other religions. BBC Nepali service would be better to make the team more inclusive of other believers. There are thousands of ex-British army and regular British army (Ghurkha) in the UKbut BBC Nepali service does not focus on it. As mentioned above the constitution of Nepalis under construction and new provinces (states) are being delineated. It is a very crucial period for us so media must be fair, balanced and should not have one political party interest/one religion interest. However, BBC Nepali service has a mission to establish Hinduism. Good point: BBC Nepali service chief Mr. Rabindra Misra established the help nepal(www.helpnepal.net) charity organisation and raised almost one million (£1,000,000/nrs 10,000,0000) funds in the BBC Nepali service platform. You (BBC) ought to have our big thank you.
There are roughly 144 fm stations that are rebroadcasting the BBC Nepali service news including our 24 hours BFBS Ghurkha radio (British forces broadcasting service). BBC Nepali service is one of the effective media inNepaland Nepalese community in theUK. We are delighted and would like to thank you for your help and support.

If necessary we are happy to come personally with delegates from various Nepalese organisations. We hope this is taken seriously so BBC can retain its credibility.
