IJSNIP demands an unconditional release of Mr.Angkaji Sherpa

IJSCNIP has released a press statement demanding for the release of Indigenous Activist Mr.Angkaji  Sherpa,unconditionally, who was arrested at Bouddha at 2:30pm on 2nd september 2015,charged with a cybercrime.The press statement  signed by Hum Sunari Magar ,Co-ordinator for the International  Joint Struggle Committee of Nepalese Indigenous Nationalities(IJSCNP) stated that the Nepal government has arrested Mr.Sherpa unfairly ,IJSNIP has deeply condemned the guerrilla style arrest of the former general secretary of the Nepal federation of Indigenous nationalities,Federal council(NEFIN).

They also warned that if Mr.Sherpa is not freed immediately without any conditions, they are ready to take any action against dictatorship.

Our organization, International Joint Struggle Committee of Nepalese Indigenous Nationalities (IJSCNIP) has deeply condemned the guerrilla style arrest of the government to the former General Secretary of the Nepal Federal of Indigenous   Nationalities, Federal Council (NEFIN), Mr Ang Kaji Sherpa.

We further warn the dictatorial tendencies government of Nepal that we would be compelled to take an unexpected action against the arrest of Mr Sherpa if he is not immediately released without any conditions.

We believe that Mr Sherpa has extremely been fighting on behalf of the discriminated people against the dictatorial system ruled by the monopolism government and we have continuously been demanding for the equal rights to all the communities, which is the common and major demand of the whole people of the country.
